“We have both dated other people following the separation, but neither of us is ready to announce anything in terms of another relationship,” the couple told the publication.
According to the El Moussas, they broke up following a May incident during which law enforcement responded to a call of a “possibly suicidal male with a gun.” The call was made after Tarek retrieved a gun from the couple’s Orange County, California, home and wandered into Chino Hills State Park.
Anderson was witness to the incident and provided the police with details of what went down, according to TMZ.
According to paperwork obtained by The Wrap from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, Christina El Moussa “was crying and shaking” during the incident.
The couple, who were first romantically linked in the summer of 2011, have gone their separate ways, according to an Us Weekly report.
