problem updating antivirus-19

I used it on a laptop and it wiped out my touchpad options page so I could not adjust my touchpad at all But yea that software would usually be optional but possibly it was dumped being offered through the update system finally it did nothing good for me even on a desktop it's just a different UI = User Interface.

You can run sfc /scannow but if windows says it's updated it probably is Look through your update history for any failed listings If you see a failed to install look upwards on the list to see if it finally did install later Post any failed to install updates.

The instructions on the download page it says you may have a network error or several other errors as well.

I just don't want to make my computer problems worse. Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number HP Pavilion Elite e9270f OS Windows 7 64 bit CPU i7 Motherboard ?
